By downloading, installing, or using Monify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Monify AI is a personal finance management application that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, monitor investments, and achieve financial goals.

3. User Accounts

You may use Monify AI without an account (limited features)
Creating an account enables cloud sync and full features
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Monify AI offers a free tier with limited features, available indefinitely.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Basic: S$2.99/month
Pro: S$5.99/month
Premium: S$9.99/month

4.3 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all financial data and content you enter into Monify AI. By using the app, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the app
Share your account credentials with others
Use the app to store false or misleading financial information for fraudulent purposes

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Monify AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Monify AI is a tracking tool only. The AI insights and suggestions are for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
